Licenciada
en matemáticas Camila Reyes Iglesias.
-Buenas
noches.
-Hablando
de matemática, cuénteme: ¿que recuerda
usted de la Civilización griega en la
antigüedad?
Camila
-
Bueno Camila muchas gracias por la entrevista…
Camila
Reyes - A usted muy buenas noches.
Muchas gracias
Interview
to an expert in mathematics
Degree in mathematics, Camila Reyes.
-Goodnight.
"Speaking
of mathematics, tell me: what do you remember about Greek civilization in
ancient times?
Camila
Reyes - Good, for mathematics, let's say that the part that helped us Greek
civilization was the biggest part because we have several people who
collaborated in that part like Tales, Pythagoras, Euclid, Archimedes...
But
us say that before the Greeks the mathematics were used only to measure, to
count, to construct different objects as the Egyptians had it. While the Greeks
have already begun to reflect on the objects of nature, geometry, objects as
such and they converted the mathematics a rational and much more structured
science.
-What
do you remember.....? What mathematics remember and important contributions do
you consider that they have done Greek mathematics to humanity?
Camila
Reyes "Good, as I said right now,
let's first talk about Thales of Miletus before Christ.
Thales
of Miletus helped us to make the first demonstrations of geometrical theorems
with logical reasoning, then there is the Pythagorean School where many of the
following mathematicians were. Already the Pythagoreans taught us what music is
like as part of mathematics, to make musical scales, flat geometry and
spherical geometry
And
then let's talk about Euclid who was one of the main collaborators with flat
geometry with his "Euclidian Elements" and are documents that are
still treated wherever geometry is going to work.
"And
now mathematicians remember that they have made important contributions or
discoveries?"
Camila
Reyes - In the last century Gauss with the theory of numbers, He contributed a
lot to the theory of numbers also sharing with other theories that already had
Then
Galois, who helped us to solve algebraic equations with his theory of sets and
groups.
And
then we have a South American named Helfgott is Peruvian and who helped us
solve "The Goldbach conjecture" which is one of the most known today
-
Good, Camila, thank you very much for the interview...
Camila
Reyes - Good night to you. Thank you very much.

Entrevista
asunción no sabían cómo contar y a
Llorente bueno yo me
Interview
I am pink Hely
stolen Mosquera UNAD student of third semester of mathematics this work is in

math stories I can conclude considering their evolution that The Babylonians
made good contributions to them as they were pioneers in one in the day

They took the initiative that the circle had 360 degrees
Now we are here meeting with some mates Paola Franco, Gladys Martínez, Camilo López and Liz Torres who speaks to them.

What do you remember about number one? For a long time the academic ancestors in Assumption did not know how to count and throughout history began to be dashes in the area, let's say sheep, but it was not you I will know other people they had many hairline until arriving at a certain amount less As the positional value would say I passed other cultures and then the Romans them also the heavy with the number then made with only trimmed a 3 and to be the other numbers as sometimes lose of trappero best league have already presented the right and the controls for Some
Now it is with us the teacher Paola Torres
What was the numbering system of the Egyptians?
Llorente good I remember that worked the hemocyte numbers, more or less are 600 before Christ
We are meeting with the lawyer Camilo López
What do you think is the greatest mathematical achievement of the modern world?
Well, I think that the greatest contribution made by mathematics to the third modern world is the calculus from its modern origins. For that reason, after that, a myth was born that marked not only the progress of science but also the beginning of You would have it and then it seems to me that from there begins the greatest contribution that mathematics has had in the modern world.
We are here with Professor Liz Torres
A teacher who brings remembrance or knows you did the Greeks to mathematics?
For example, the Babylonians used a sixtieth system based on the number 60 also we met Pythagoras because he is famous for a theorem because by the theme that bears his name we can not tell you that there were clients brings together all the mathematics in his work of elements and
By many others to settle tandja and well as this the great majority with this
